We understand that sometimes things come up and schedule adjustments are necessary.  As a courtesy if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a $25 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost. 

When you cancel on short notice, it takes away the opportunity for someone in need of acne treatment to take that appointment slot.
